Patients with certain medical conditions or taking MAO inhibitors of chest pain should see their doctor as they may have additional risks. Before taking MAO inhibitors, tell your doctor if you are taking selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs) or serotonin-norepinephrine reuptake inhibitors (SNRIs) such as amoxicillin, atazanavir, riociguat, or DUPHX. Taking more than the recommended dose may increase the risk of priapism. If you need emergency medical attention or you are experiencing worsening symptoms, see your doctor immediately.
